    Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is an
    infection that attacks the body’s immune system.
    Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) is the
    most advanced stage of the disease that occurs
    when the body’s immune system is badly damaged
    because of the virus.

    move through this stage faster.

    -Rapid weight loss
    -Recurring fever or profuse night sweats
    -Extreme and unexpected tiredness
    -Prolonged swelling of lymph gland etc.
