First, I would like to thank our Almighty God for giving me strength and

every day and to make friends with them. Our Almighty God also motivates me to finish

the 12 days of on-the-job training.

Second, I would like to thank my parents for giving me encouragement,

complete my OJT.

Thirdly, my deepest appreciation to our work immersion advisers Sir. Galen

Cid and Sir. Dennis Del Mar, for guiding us during our OJT. Thank you for being with us

all throughout.

To my classmates and batch mate who are with me since day 1, thank you for

B. Accomplished Weekly Report
C. Summary/ Take aways about the lesson learned during the

Internship Program

- PTC’s basic cabin crew internship program helped us to gain knowledge

in terms of being a cabin crew or flight attendant. The proctors help and teach

us on some basic things that a cabin crew do inside the aircraft. We also learn

the basic medical assistance in case of emergency like CPR, checking of pulse

and etc. We also learn on how to properly operate the aircraft door and to use

the arm doors properly. They taught us on how to professionally stand out

against others, basic etiquette and posture of being a cabin crew and how we

should look in front of others as a cabin crew. Their program helped us also on

how we will pass the interviews when applying for the position, they taught us

on how we answer the question properly with precise answer and direct to the

point and being confident enough to our answers.

D. Establishment’s Strength, Weakness

STRENGTH

- One of the biggest strengths that PTC has is they have their own mock up cabin,

it was a biggest flex for the program. It can attract more student and they can use

it for the activities and program. It also can help the student to execute the

learnings properly. One of their strengths also is they have an approachable and

pleasant instructor that can help the students to learn and enjoy their OJT.
WEAKNESS

- Their only weakness is they only have a limited time for activities such as

swimming and firefighting, those activities only take us a few hours that us

students don’t enjoy. They should allot more long time for those activities, because

swimming lessons cannot be learnt easily especially to those students who are

afraid and don’t know how to swim.

E. RECOMMENDATIONS

- PTC should do more actual activities rather than lessons, instead of just tackling

the lesson after that they should execute it into activities. Some of the students are

being bored if it is only a lesson for a day and not having an activity. Activities will

help us improve and knowledgeable enough, it also can gain us a new skill. More

activities will increase our willingness to learn and be agitated to know more in our

program. In the span of 2 weeks, we will enjoy and be thankful that this program

helped us a lot in the career that we want to take.
