    FEE NOTIFICATION HSSC (MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES), DIPLOMAS AND IUASM
    1st ANNUAL EXAMINATION-2024
    It is hereby notified for the general information and necessary action of all concerned that following
    is the schedule for submission of online Admission Form(s) and payment of fee for HSSC (Medical
    Technologies), Diplomas and IUASM 1st Annual Examination - 2024, which will tentatively commence
    with effect from Tuesday, 23rd April - 2024:

    2. All the registered candidates of HSSC (Medical Technologies), Diplomas and IUASM whose
    admission forms were cancelled/not submitted for HSSC (Medical Technologies), Diplomas and IUASM
    Annual Examination - 2023, prior to Examinations, due to any reason are eligible to appear in this
    examination.
    3. All those registered candidates of HSSC (Medical Technologies), Diplomas, and IUASM who
    submitted their admission forms but remained absent in Annual Examination - 2023 are also eligible to
    appear in examination.
    4. The candidates who intend to improve their Grade/Marks after passing HSSC (Medical
    Technologies), Diplomas and IUASM Examination can do so if otherwise eligible by re-appearing in any
    number of subjects/papers of their choice of Part-I or Part-II or both the Parts. The candidates appearing
    in any subject for both the parts involving practical examination shall appear in the practical examination
    as well. However, candidate neither requires nor can appear in practical, if he/she is appearing in one
    paper of a subject or any one part of the examination.
    5. The candidates who passed HSSC (Medical Technologies), Diplomas and IUASM in Annual
    Examination - 2023 may appear to improve their marks/grade.
    6. The candidates having Compartment in HSSC (Medical Technologies), Diplomas, and IUASM
    Annual Examination - 2023 are eligible to appear in HSSC (Medical Technologies), Diplomas and
    IUASM 1st Annual Examination - 2024.
    7. Fresh candidates are eligible to appear in the examination.
    8. In case of any difficulty in submission of Admission Form(s), the institution may contact our
    I.T team at phone number 051-9269516, 051-9269555-59 Ext.135 during office hours.
    9. Change of subjects/group cases will not be allowed under any circumstances after final submission
    of online admission form.
    10. Admission fee shall be remitted at any nearest Habib Bank Limited (HBL), Muslim Commercial
    Bank (MCB) Branches and through Easy Paisa & Jazz Cash applications. The System Generated Bank
    Challan must be deposited within due dates, as per above mentioned schedule before submission of
    admission forms.
    11. An Institution/Candidate applying in the category of disability should mention his/her accessibility
    need at the time of submitting his/her Admission Form in black and white otherwise he/she will not be
    entertained. Such candidates will also submit prescribed Proforma designed for said purpose.

    12. No Examination Fee will be charged from Orphan, differently abled Candidates, prisoners
    and wards of ‘Shuhada’ (Proof shall be uploaded).
    13. MODE OF SUBMISSION OF ADMISSION FORMS OF REGULAR CANDIDATES OF HSSC
    (MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES), DIPLOMAS, IUASM
    Admission Forms/Data of registered candidates of institution is available on FBISE website.
    Re-examine it carefully and submit to the FBISE after remittance of requisite fee. No hard/printed copy
    of Admission Form and documents (if any) shall be sent by institution to FBISE office.
    14. MODE OF SUBMISSION OF ADMISSION FORMS BY EX/REGISTERED/IMPROVEMENT
    CANDIDATES
    Admission data of candidates (in soft form) placed at FBISE website i.e.
    https://tech.fbise.edu.pk/ may be filled in carefully and submitted online by the candidates within
    specified due dates. However, No hard/printed copy of Admission Form and documents (if any)
    shall be sent by the candidate to FBISE office.
    15. DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED ALONG WITH ONLINE ADMISSION FORM
    Attested copy of permission letter of FBISE if candidates have taken Pak-Culture in lieu of Urdu
    Compulsory.
    16. NON-REGISTERED, OTHER BOARD AND IBCC CASES
    The candidates, registered with other Boards/IBCC will submit online Admission Forms and they
    will also submit hard copy of their Admission Forms with Bank Challan alongwith required documents to
    the Board by post or by hand.
    17. The candidate will download his/her Roll Number Slip himself/herself from FBISE website:
    https://www.tech.fbise.edu.pk and print it before commencement of examination. FBISE will not
    despatch Roll Number slip to any candidate.
    18. Vide Notification No. 3-19/FBISE/RES/671 dated January 05, 2023, the students are allowed
    to appear in the First or Second Annual Examination with the facility of staggering their subjects
    as per their convenience.
