Guidelines for WALL RALLY CHALLENGE

1. The objective of this game is Hit the shuttle with your forehand and backhand, straight or diagonal.
It can be used for practicing almost every stroke. It is a good way to improve footwork, strengthen
the arm and wrist muscles used in badminton.
2. Use a racket and shuttlecock as equipment for the execution and wear proper sports attire.
3. The students are expected to perform within the landscape format and must not get out of
the frame and look for a good background. Click this link posted for the tutorial.
4. The players will be given 1 minute and 15 seconds to execute the challenge and perform it
with background music
5. Use the tiktok app.
6. Use the caption Wall Rally. (for educational purposes) and send/post the video to the
facebook group created.
7. Deadline of posting is on Sunday (October 10,2021- 11:59pm)
