    their requirements are complete and updated.

    client satisfaction survey.

    up-to-date to pertinent informations that may impact their respective functions.
    ➢ Checked hospital facilities to determine the issues and problems in order to create an
    action plan as part of the Department of Health (DOH) Hospital Validation and
    Assessment.
