III. So, what are we evaluating for a perfect junior core?

Simply stating, we want the E - Cell, the Everything Cell: Providing the B-School experience.

Become the CEO of your own company, with only a few regulatory conditions. Fulfill these small
duties, and be able to do whatever you want in the club. Use your ideas for work, come up with
streamlined processes, ideate new plan of actions, propound new events – AND we will make sure
that we deliver on these. We are looking for individuals who have the drive and passion to bring their
ideas into reality. With a lot of opportunity and autonomy, you will have the opportunity to manifest
your thoughts and work on your own projects, after fulfilling E-Cell’s basic work. Almost all of the
work done by E-Cell builds upon the skills that you need to have at a B-School. Just ask yourself what
you want to have at a B-School and we will deliver that.

4
We want a team that can execute the work assigned, a team that comes with new initiatives (should
they be feasible? – definitely), a team that completes the umpteen work that we already have!
All the best!

Feel free to contact the undersigned for any queries or clarifications. For evaluation and other details
