ABOUT STUK INVESTMENT SERVICES

STUK INVESTMENT SERVICES (SIS) was incorporated in 2017 as a limited
liability company. Our firm aspires to implement world-class service delivery to the
Nigerian Oil and Gas industry. As an organisation prioritising client satisfaction,
we have created a network of local and international collaborators to ensure
effective skills enhancement and manpower development programmes.
Our goal is to provide world-class management and technical training to

petroleum companies and to act as a liaison between Nigerian and foreign Oil &
Gas companies and agencies. The objectives are to expose companies in Nigeria
to the best operating practices in the Nigerian petroleum industry; to introduce
companies to emerging technologies and business practices. This helps to
ensure skills of the Nigerian Oil and Gas industry workers improve in the ever-
changing and dynamic petroleum sector.
SIS training programmes are designed specifically for senior technical personnel,
and corporate managers. Our programmes challenge participants through a
combination of formal instruction, examination of case studies and; emerging
issues and developments in the petroleum industry.
Our courses can be customized to meet a client's specific training requirements.

SIS is positioned in collaboration with its partners to offer its professional
management consulting services to Petroleum Industry. Our areas include
Regulatory and Capacity Building Projects, Training Needs Assessment,
Feasibility Studies, Project Management, and Procurement.

As an oil and gas training provider, SIS petroleum industry short courses are
targeted at developing employees’ knowledge, skills and competencies. We work
with organisations to understand their training requirements, develop and
implement a training plan to help address the deficit in knowledge and skills.
Our courses are designed for staff development and continuous performance in
the oil and gas industry. We work closely with our clients to develop and deliver
courses that meet their business needs and enhance their capability to maximize
future business opportunities. We are a DPR (Department of Petroleum
Resources) accredited training course provider and are proud that all our training
courses meet the designated standards.
QUALITY ASSURANCE AND QUALITY CONTROL

SIS continuous improvement is to ensure excellent operational performance. Our
continuous improvement strategy is to support the maintenance of high standard
of training delivery guided by the DPR benchmark. It also ensures that we achieve
consistency of service delivery and to enhance the quality of learning experience

of our participants. We do this by continually reviewing the course offerings and
identifying areas for improvement.
To ensure consistency and quality of delivery, Stuk Investment Services uses a
robust Training Delivery Quality System with an emphasis on roles, responsibility,
and accountability. This has a material effect on content, training approach, safe
and suitable facilities, and trainer competence (instructional and technical).
Learning retention is directly linked to our training approach. By using the four
dimensions of our training approach, learning retention on a course basis is
achieved.
With the spotlight on issues resolution, we take every complaint seriously. We
identify the root cause of the issue; engaging to understand the situation,
acknowledging the problem and keeping communication lines open. In agreement
with the client, a suitable resolution is reached. We also proactively get feedback
from the clients to ensure proper implementation of their input.
ENGINEERING PROCUREMENT & CONSTRUCTION

SERVICES EPC
Stuk Investment Service aims to provide a range of services to the upstream sector
in the areas of Engineering, Procurement and Construction services to the oil
Majors. Our engineering services cover design of simple to complex industrial
processes, systems and units. Our engineers can produce as built drawings and
also convert 2-D drawings to 3-D. We also carry out foreign and Local
procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of tools, equipment and
other products for clients in the oil industry. Stuk Investment Services has the
capacity and competence to execute construction projects based on our own
engineering designs or third party designs.

As a marine company, we supply vessels such as barges, crew boats, utility boats,

brokers and agents to both Local and foreign vessel owners.
Our vessels are classed and in very good shape due to a rigid maintenance
regimen.

Using the Stuk Investment Services Course Delivery matrix, our course offering is
mapped against three levels: basic, intermediate and advanced. We also deliver
courses based on client specific needs. We have instructors who are able to

deliver at these levels across our course offerings. We are constantly recruiting the
right resources to support our objective of excellent training delivery services. Our
strategy is to have multiple instructors per course to improve flexibility. We are also
continuously improving our course offerings in terms of quantity, diversity of topics
and also in quality of training delivery. We engage our client and participants to
understand how best we can support them and therefore plan ahead to
consistently meet set targets.
We have been delivering courses to the global oil and gas industry in the past few
years and our instructors have industry work experience averaging twenty-five
years and above. They bring in their theoretical and practical experience gained in
the oil and gas industry to drive content development and training delivery. Stuk
Investment Services specialization is etched on the knowledge, industry and
training experience of our instructors and content developers to meet the
requirements of our clients.
