    2. Pay first year full tuition fee to get the final acceptance letter.
    3. Signed conditional acceptance letter and refund policy

    Refund Policy

    1. Tuition fee is fully refundable only in-case of visa refusal.


    2. Tuition fee will not be refunded if students get visa and enter into Malta using MIC final acceptance
    letter.
    3. Tuition fee refund process may take around 90 working days. Students are responsible to submit there
    visa application in the embassy before class starting date. MIC is not responsible for any delay due to
    the embassy appointment or CVU approval.

    Cancellation & Refunds: Application fees are non-refundable. Admin and banking charges of € 150 will be deducted from
    the tuition fee.

    No refunds will be made:


     After visa approval.
     If any document submitted for admission is found as false.

    Refunds will be made only in case of visa refusal or if the course is cancelled by us. A refund claim form has to be submitted
    to us with the proof of payment and copy of visa refusal letter within 30 days of visa refusal. Refund process could take up
    to 4 - 6 weeks.
