    System of Play:
    The tournament will be conducted as per Latest FIDE Laws of Chess and FIDE Swiss System with 9
    rounds.

    Time Control: 20 Minutes with 10 second increment from move 1

    Tie Break: 1) Buchholz cut-1, 2).Buchholz, 3) SB, 4) Direct Encounter 5) Greater number of wins
    (including forfeit), 6.) Greater number of wins with black
    The Cash prizes however will not be shared and one player will be eligible for one higher
    prize only.

    The entry is to be forwarded along with entry form in the link http://surl.li/pmvle (by Online entry
    Only) and entry fee by NEFT, IMPS , QR Code and UPI ID

    (cash deposit in account strictly not entertained ). If any difficulty arises while filling the entry
    form, send the email or contact on the given mobile nos.

    The organizers will reserve the right to admit or refuse any entry without assigning any reason.

    AICF Registration: Registration fees Rs.250/- for 2024-2025 is compulsory for all Indian
    participants. Those who have not registered with AICF before, have to complete their
    registration well before the first-round pairings. AICF Registration can be done at

    MCA Registration: Registration fees Rs.150/- for 2024-2025 is compulsory for all Maharashtra
    participants. Those who have not registered with MCA before, have to complete their
    registration well before the first-round pairings. MCA Registration can be done at

    Appeals Committee: A five-member appeals committee (including 2 reserve) will be


    formed before the start of tournament.

    Protests : if any protest against the decision of Chief Arbiter, should be made in writing with
    protest fee of Rs.1000/- within 15 min of occurrence on incidence. The fee amount shall be
    refunded if the appeal is upheld and if not then protest fee shall be forfeited.

    Lunch on the first day will be provided by the organizer for all the players.
