    RESOLUTION NO. 02-2023

    “A RESOLUTION CONCURRING AND APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF


    CATLYN A. ALOC AS SK SECRETARY OF BARANGAY PANGPANG, LABO,
    CAMARINES NORTE”.

    AUTHOR: SK KGD. JENNY H. NARIDO


    WHEREAS, Section 7 of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the
    Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015, RA 10742, the Sangguniang Kabataan
    Secretary shall be appointed by the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson (SK
    Chairperson) with the concurrence of the majority of all the SK members (SK Members)
    from among the members of the KK.
    WHEREAS, an effective and efficient SK Governance there is a need to appoint
    SK Secretary.

    NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SK KGD. RICA MAE A. TALLA duly


    seconded by SK KGD. JUSTINE MAE SANCHEZ to approve “A RESOLUTION

    Municipality of Labo
    BARANGAY ANAHAW

    OFFICE OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN

    CONCURRING AND APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF CATLYN A,


    ALOC AS SK SECRETARY OF BARANGAY PANGPANG, LABO,
    CAMARINES NORTE”.

    BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, concurred and approved the


    appointment of CATLYN A. ALOC as SK Secretary.
    RESOLVED FURTHER, that the appointment of the aforementioned name shall
    be effective upon taking Oath of Office.

    I hereby certify, to correctness of the foregoing resolution.
