Conducting Special Process Audits, Process Audits as per Control Plan at in house and Supplier
premises to ensure product quality, Tracking Process NC Closure and Implementation of
improvements identified during the audit.
Inspection of Rejected components and to prepare Rework / Scrap report / QM Notification
creation.
Preparation of Annual Calibration Plan for Measuring Instruments and tracking its adherence as
per Plan.
Raw material Inspection and testing / reviewing the Test Certificate against respective

Preparation of PPAP documents, conducting process audits on Development components and
submitting PPAP documents at customer end.
Preparation of Welding test Plan, In process inspection checklist for Welding assembly line

Arranging and Conducting training to employees to improve their Skill level
Preparation of Control charts and process capability index to ensure the process capability
(Machining and Welding)
Initiate Non-Conformance Report / Quality Highlight Report for Non-Conformities and to ensure
proper Corrective and Preventive actions through proper Root Causeanalysis at In House and
Supplier premises.
Revising Documents (Quality Plans, Control Plans, and Checklist) with respect to latest customer
issues and In House nonconformities.
Educating PDI Inspectors and Line In charges about Latest Customer issues, Non-Conformities
and their Corrective and Preventive actions taken
Preparation of Supplier Quality rating to ensure requirements in compliance limits
/ Identifying Key Improvements and to track proper actions to ensure supplier Improvements
