2. SCOPE OF THE POSITION


 Daily operation of the Power Plant so as to maintain the start and stop of the Power
Plant, operation during normal conditions, operation during abnormal conditions
 Authorized to mobilize maintenance personnel to eliminate equipment defects, approve
maintenance working hours, and authorized to assess the timeliness of eliminating defects
 As operational leader in the shift assignment who has the responsibility, duty, and
authority for all operating activities of the machines and materials used so that the
distribution of electricity and stem to the user with runs without trips, power
reduction, and efficiently in accordance with the production plan from User, electrical
safety and standards.
 Make sure Coal supply controlling are normal condition
 Make sure implementation of HSE Program
 Make sure stability and reliability of the plant

4. POSITION DESCRIPTION
Description Time Target
 Ensure and supervise the operation of Boilers, STG, CHP, Daily
WTP and all auxiliary equipment so that they are always
ready to operate properly, efficiently and continuously.
 Record the results of his work and provide reports to the Daily
Head of the Operations Department related to the
Operation of Boilers, STG, WTP, and all auxiliary equipment.
 Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the environment in Daily
the company area which is his responsibility.
 Pay attention to occupational safety and health for Daily
themselves and also for the company in accordance
with the Occupational health Safety.
POSITION ANALYSIS
 Responsible for all events during the 8 hours of work that Daily
are his responsibility to the Head of the Operations
Department in detail so that each incident can have a clear
cause to be resolved.
 Guide of the team about Safety awareness Daily
 Improve the competence of his team in hard skills and soft Daily
skills
 Carry out the implementation of K3 and 6R/6S according to Daily
company policy
 Implement work instructions and SOPs Daily
 Ensure that all materials used are in accordance with the Daily
needs.
 Ensure that quality and environmental management Daily
systems are implemented in accordance with established
standards.
 Ensure that all administrative activities in the operational Daily
department that support plant activities are running well.
 Invite, delegate work, request personnel from other If needed
departments to ensure smooth operations run normally and
optimally or restore operational conditions to run normally
and maximally in the event of a disturbance on the shift
concerned.
 Escalate to direct superiors and indirect superiors in relation If needed
to the possibility of potential operational disruptions and
possible delays in returning operational conditions to
normal as planned.
 Coordinate with relevant departments in the plant in If needed
relation to the activities undertaken.
 Enforce employee discipline in the operations department, If needed
give reprimands if necessary, and provide violation memos
to HR for issuance of warning letters.
 Escalate to direct supervisors and indirect supervisors in the If needed
case of potential and other departmental employee
indiscipline.
 Encourage and motivate his subordinates to achieve If needed
company goals.
 Responsible for all activities and personnel in the shift If needed
group.
 Evaluate the work of employees in their shift group. If needed

5. POSITION SPECIFICATION
Formal Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study
Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a relevant position
Skills and Knowledge: Power Plant operational
Physical/Mental/Social Good leadership and communication skills
