In today’s world where humans do not take care of what nature gives, implementing effective

strategies to save it is crucial. Among the possible solutions, laws and media play significant
roles in promoting sustainable usage.

The first idea is that the media has the power to raise awareness about environmental
problems. Through television and social media, people will see the importance of conserving
resources and they will acquire practical tips to follow. For example, videos of droughts or oil
spills can encourage people to be more mindful of their water and energy consumption.

Another potential idea is setting laws which provide a more concrete solution. Governments
can impose regulations on industries and individuals to limit wasteful practices. For instance,
laws that limit water use during droughts or reduce energy waste force people to act in a
more sustainable way, even if they don’t want to. Also, punishments for breaking these laws
make sure people follow them, which makes this method more effective.

In conclusion, both laws and media play important roles in preventing the waste of natural
resources. The media can raise awareness and encourage people to adopt better habits by
showing the effects of waste and promoting sustainable practices. However, the media's
influence depends largely on whether people are willing to make changes, which is not
always guaranteed.
