    Sir,
    It is most respectfully submitted as under:-

    1. That the above noted case is pending before this Hon’ble


    Court and now is fixed for 15/02/2023.
    2. That the applicant is Accused in above noted case.
    3. That the applicant/Accused could not appear before the
    Hon’ble Court on 26/09/2022 because accused has no
    knowledge about the date of the above mentioned case and
    previous advocate has not given any information to accused
    and the Hon’ble court pleased to issue N.B.W.
    4. That due to the absence of the applicant/Accused the
    Hon’ble Court issued N.B.W against applicant/Accused on
    dated 26/09/2022.
    5. That the absence of the Applicant/Accused was not
    intentional willful on last of hearing but due to above said
    reason.
    6. That the Applicant/Accused undertakes to be more careful in
    future attending the court regularly.

    It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this


    Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to cancel the B.W in
    view of the facts and circumstances mentioned herein above,
    in the interest of Justice.
    Prayed accordingly.
