QUESTION 5
(a) Turkey is well known for its Turkish delight. A Turkish delight comes in different
shapes, some are cubes and some are rectangular prisms.
(1) When measuring one side of the cube, you measure it to be 2cm in length.
Determine the volume of the cube in cm. (2)
(2) In another box there are Turkish delights in the shape of a rectangular prisms. I
measured two sides of the rectangular prism, 4cm and 2cm respectively and
forgot to measure the depth of the prism. If the rectangular prism has the same
volume as the cube, determine the depth of the rectangular prism. (3)
(b) The shape below was created in the DT lesson. The base of the shape has been
