    Job Responsibilities
    ● Managed Piping QC activities to maintain and improve quality of work without any
    significant increase in cost and time.
    ● Ensured that controlled copies of all relevant codes and/or specifications are available at
    Project site and only current documents are in use, in accordance with Master Lists of
    Documents.
    ● Review of project related documents, BOQ , Inspection of all Piping construction activities
    such as, Fabrication of piping, Sand blasting (Surface preparation ) as required profile,
    painting, Fit up inspection as per AFC / IFC drawing, visual inspection of welding, Review of
    weld map prior to RT, Performing of DPT and preparation of result report, Preparation and
    review of hydro test packages, Preparation of test package, Punch listing and Punch items
    categorized A/B /C item.
    ● Reviewed material certification for project material to ensure it meets specification and
    check that it corresponds to actual material supplied.
    ● To instructed and coordinated closely with construction team for the implementation of
    quality assurance, plan, procedures and standards.
    ● Coordination with the client on matters related to Quality issues.
    ● Raised NCRs if found non-compliance & inform to the concerned Line managers.
    ● Monitored site activities regarding quality inspections & supervised Construction activities
    and advised to construction team about the importance of quality works.
    ● Monitored and inspection for Piping fabrication/erection (Pipe Fit up joint, Pre Welding,
    during, & after welding) Visual Inspection according to ASME B 31.3 & Project specification.
    ● Verified Piping fabrication marking and cutting length Pipes size grade, Schedule, Pipe ID,
    Pipe OD, as per Approved Control Isometric Drawing.
    ● Verified Weld Joints fit-up inspection as per Approved WPS.
    ● Verification Daily welding inspection reports from compare all reported information with the
    acceptance level / criteria within the codes.
    ● Ensured all aspects of performance and work are in compliance with project specifications
    and completed within planned time and budget, Monitor the Quality Objectives frameworks
    implementation at project site.
    ● Pre Punch listing walk down as approved Engineering test Package.
    ● Hydro test package marking, highlighting of test criteria at plan drawing, P&ID, Isometric
    drawing and test chick sheet.
    ● To compiled all quality records and maintaining QC dossiers on completion of works and
    final handover to client as per approved Quality Procedure.
    ● Reviewed completed project documentation as considered final dossier for Pre-
    commissioning and Operation team.
    ● Supports the HSE Department and committed in the compliance and implementation of the
    HSE Management System to ensure a safe work accident
