    2nd Shipment: Seller sent 1st Shipping Document ( BL, Commercial Invoice, Packaging List, SGS report, etc ) to
    buyer bank, buyer shall issue 180days DLC MT720 200,000 MT after receipt seller's bank e mail for confirmed 2%
    PB of 2nd shipment amount.

    This ICPO is a legal basis for transferring by the seller of the accepted names and sizes of the project of
    the prepared contract and is an integral part of the future.
