ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

New students:

New Students could be Junior High School , Senior High School graduates and the farmers who has
RSBSA (REGISTRY SYSTEM FOR BASIC SECTOR IN AGRICULTURE) certificates and have a
prior learning knowledge passers. The basic requirements are:

 Applicants must be JHS and SHs and the farmer of RSBSA member duly recognized from the DepEd
and Department of Agriculture Offices as evidenced by the submission of any equivalents documents.

 Applicants must meet the criteria set by the LENKOY FARM TECHNICAL SCHOOL AND ASSESSMENT
CENTER, INC.

 Applicants must submit at least two certificates of good moral from the previous school attended.

Trainees must possess the following before entering the school for enrollment:

 RSBSA number
 Photocopy of birth certificate( for male)
 Photocopy of birth certificate ( for female)
 Photocopy of marriage certificate ( for female)
 ID picture white background with collar

RULE OF ATTENDANCE

1. Only 25 students must be allowed for the one batches of


training for the program to go on.
2. Must be on the classroom before the classes begin
3. They will mark absent is H/e She late for 3 hours late, or
no appearance at all.
4. Must be mark late if 15 minutes if classes begin.
5. Three consecutive late will be marked 1 absent.
6. Three consecutive absent will be marked tardy.
7. Five consecutives absent will be undergone correspond
punishment and present valid report /certification to be

HEALTH SERVICES: MEDICAL AND DENTAL

The LENKOY FARM TECHNICAL SCHOOL AND ASSESSMENT CENTER, INC ,


shall maintain its memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Medical and Dental services.
It will serve as support services to the health needs of the trainees. The services
shall have the following basic functions:

1. First aid services to all students and other members of the school community
during school days.
2. Free medical consultations to all enrolled students and other members for the

3. Provide medicines for commons ailments during the first symptoms of getting

guidance includes:

and development.
