With reference to your application and the subsequent assessment you had with us, we are pleased to
offer you an appointment at our Chakan (Maharahtra) Works on the following terms and conditions:
2. You will undergo training under the Apprentices Act, 1961 for a period of one year from the date of joining
/ contract. You will sign a contract of Apprenticeship for this purpose & you will be governed by the
Contract of Apprenticeship during the period of your training.
3. During the period of training, you will be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs. 16,000/-per month.
4. You are further being informed that this appointment on Job Training is being given to you subject to your
passing final examination. If you fail in your final examination, then this appointment will be terminated
automatically, and you will stand relieved from this training automatically within 8 days from the
declaration of results of your final examination. In any case if the final examination doesn’t take place
within 12 months from the date of this appointment, then this Training will automatically come to an
end and you will stand relieved.
5. After passing your examination referred to above, if you refuse to get converted in to Apprentice under
the Act, then this appointment will come to an end automatically.
6. You will devote your full time and energy for the successful completion of training, and you will make use
of all the training facilities provided to you.
7. During the period of Apprenticeship Training, the company reserves the right to terminate your training
without any notice or compensation thereof, if it has sufficient reason to believe that you do not have
sufficient interest in your training or you commit any act which is contrary to any of the
clauses of this appointment letter or terms of apprenticeship contract.
8. You will take up such assignments / duties, as may be given to you by the management from time to time,
in any office, branch or division of this Company or in any subsidiary of this Company or in any Company
in which this Company has financial or other interest.
9. While you are in the service of the Company, you will abide by the working hours and other
Standing orders, code of conduct of the company, rules and regulations as applicable to the
department, branch or place of your posting. Any violation of these may result in appropriate disciplinary
action including termination of your service without any notice or salary in lieu of thereof.
10. The Company lays emphasis on all statutory compliance, and you should ensure compliance with the
various laws & statutes in your area of operations including prohibition of insider trading.
11. You will abide by whatever shift or duty hours that may be fixed in your case from time to time.
12. You will be allowed leave as per the Company’s current regulations and as notified from time
to time.

13. You will not, without the company's prior written permission, take up any outside work, profession,
employment or assignment, whether part-time or on assignment basis, for remuneration or otherwise.
14. As part of your employment with the Company you may become aware of, or otherwise come into the
possession of, information relating to the Company’s processes, products, data, plans and technology
which is not public information and which the company regards as secret and confidential (“Confidential
Information”).
15. You shall not, during and after your employment with the company, divulge Confidential Information
outside of the Company in any manner whatsoever and within the Company; you may divulge Confidential
Information only to those who have a need to know it in the best interest of the Company.
16. You will not use Confidential Information for the benefit of yourself or others outside the Company.
17. If at any time your role with the Company is of a nature that requires you to conduct, advise or otherwise
become involved in technical or other developments, or you otherwise make technical or other
developments based on Confidential Information, or you use the Company’s resources or facilities to
make technical or other developments, then any such developments made or discovered by you,
individually or with others, will be the sole and exclusive property of the Company and you shall
assign all rights and interests to such developments, technical or otherwise, (including, but not limited
to, any rights to seek patent protection, design registrations and copyright protection) to the Company
and you shall sign all consents or other necessary documentation that may be required in that
connection.
18. On completion of training, you will be relieved of service and there shall be no obligation whatsoever to
offer you employment with the company.
19. You will join the duties within 5 working days of issuance of this appointment letter. In case you fail to
report on this date, this appointment letter shall be treated as cancelled.
Please confirm your acceptance of the appointment on the above terms and conditions by returning one copy
of this letter duly signed by you, indicating your date of joining. We wish you a long and fruitful career with
