    Objective

    The objective of the race is to navigate your drone through a set course with three
    obstacles as quickly as possible. The fastest time wins.

    General Rules

    • Participants: Each race will have a maximum of 2 teams.


    • Drone Specifications: Drones must adhere to specified size, weight, and speed
    limits as supplied by organizers
    • Safety Gear: Spectators must stay within designated safe zones. Drone must fly
    maximum up to 3 meter high.
    • Race Time: Each participant will have a designated start time. The drone must
    complete the course in the shortest possible time. Winners will proceed to next
    round.

    Course Layout

    The race will be conducted on a pre-determined course, which includes the following
    three obstacles:

    Obstacle 1: Tunnel Pass

    • Description: A series of narrow tunnels that the drone must fly through.
    • Rules: Drones must pass through all tunnels without touching the sides. A
    penalty of 5 seconds will be added for each time the drone touches the tunnel
    walls.

    Obstacle 2: Hoop Loop

    • Description: A series of hoops arranged at varying heights and distances.


    • Rules: Drones must pass through all hoops in sequence. Missing a hoop will
    result in a 10-second penalty per missed hoop.

    Obstacle 3: Precision Landing

    • Description: A designated landing zone where drones must land precisely.


    • Rules: The drone must land in the marked area. A penalty of 15 seconds will be
    added if the drone lands outside the designated area.

    Scoring and Timing

    • Timing: The race time starts when the drone leaves the start line and stops when
    it crosses the finish line.
    • Penalties: Penalties for obstacle infractions (as listed above) will be added to
    the participant’s total time.
    • Winner: The participant with the shortest total time (including any penalties) is
    declared the winner.

    Disqualification

    • Out-of-Bounds: If a drone flies outside the designated race area, the participant
    will be disqualified.
    • Collision: Intentional collisions with other drones will lead to immediate
    disqualification.
    • Malfunction: If a drone malfunctions or crashes, the participant may not restart
    the race unless authorized by the race officials.

    Conduct

    • Sportsmanship: All participants must conduct themselves with good


    sportsmanship. Unsportsmanlike behaviour may result in disqualification.
    • Compliance: Participants must comply with all race officials' instructions.
    Failure to do so may result in penalties or disqualification.

    Appeals

    Participants may appeal race decisions within 10 minutes after their race. Appeals will
    be reviewed by a panel of officials, whose decision will be final.

    Prizes

    Prizes will be awarded to the top three participants based on their final race times.
