PRESENT SIMPLE
 To refer to habitual actions (actions that you always or never do)
USE  To refer to unchanging truths
 To refer to general statements of fact
 To express feelings, likes and dislikes

Frequency adverbs (always, often, sometimes, hardly ever, never…)
