    In connection with the ongoing investigation concerning Ralph Abubacar, I am forwarding the

    following documents for your review and appropriate action:

     Affidavit of Arrest:

    On September 17, 2024, around 3:00 PM, the suspect, Ralph Abubacar, was

    arrested based on probable cause for the alleged assault with intent to cause grievous

    harm. The affidavit detailing the events leading to the arrest is attached.

     Investigation Report:

    Officer Samrodin Muti conducted a thorough investigation regarding the case.

    The attached report contains a full account of the incident, witness testimonies, and

    findings from the surveillance footage.

     Ralph Abubacar Complaint:

    The official complaint against Ralph Abubacar, filed by the victim, Daniel

    Investigation Report – Case of Ralph Abubacar

    On September 17, 2024, around 3:00 PM, an incident occurred in Purok 7, Tipanoy, Iligan City

    involving the suspect, Ralph Abubacar. The following actions were taken as part of the

    • Initial Observation: Witness Opla Salazar identified Ralph Abubacar shortly before the

    incident and reported suspicious behavior.
