Executive Summary:
Turiya Communications LLP is a media consultancy company, during the course of my internship I worked for
the digital marketing team, as it’s secondary head, taking on the position of the company’s Social Media
Manager.

I managed the company’s multiple social media accounts-

1. created a social media calendar to ensure better management of the media pages,
2. posted high quality content and design on the company’s media page to increase reach and engagement
3. designed high quality visiting cards for the company executives - thus improving brand face and
introduction
4. Provided timely design related improvements for the various needs of the company
5. Managed a team of 8, and helped this in creating content which will be at par with the company’s
expectations
6. Edited the company’s various client profile ppts and other introductory ppts

Introduction :
During the course of my internship at Turiya Communications LLP, I had the opportunity to work closely with the
digital marketing team, specifically as the secondary head, taking on the role of the company's Social Media
Manager. This report outlines the scope of my internship and the significance of the projects I undertook for the
organization.

Scope of the Report

Throughout my internship, I was responsible for several key projects, each of which contributed to the
organization's branding, confidentiality, professionalism, and online presence. These projects included:

1. Social Media Content Strategy (June to December):

- Developed a comprehensive social media content calendar to ensure effective management of the company's
social media pages.

- Created and posted high-quality content and design to increase reach and engagement.

2. Executive Visiting Cards:

- Designed high-quality visiting cards for company executives to enhance brand identity and improve
introductions.

3. Design-Related Improvements:

- Provided timely design-related improvements for various company needs.

4. Team Management:

- Managed a team of 8 individuals, ensuring that content creation aligned with the company's expectations.

5. Client Profile and Introductory PPTs:

- Edited various client profile presentations and other introductory PowerPoint presentations.

In addition to the specific projects, the report will address the significance of visual communication in an
organization and the importance of a healthy work culture and a well-equipped team. Furthermore, it will cover
the learnings acquired during the internship, such as working under pressure, understanding design principles,
collaborating with a team, adapting to corporate work culture, comprehending organizational hierarchy, and
gaining insights into the workings of the corporate world, including the chain of command, communication, and
designing for the corporate workspace.

The objectives set for the internship were to gain insights into the industry, build contacts and a portfolio for
future job opportunities, and develop and improve skills necessary to meet client needs and industry
expectations.

Introduction:
This assignment report outlines the key activities undertaken to augment Turiya
Communications LLP's brand presence and operational efficiency. The tasks executed
are focused on improving the company's online presence, safeguarding its intellectual
property, enhancing team professionalism, and ensuring a consistent brand image.

I. Social Media Content Strategy (June to December):

A comprehensive social media content plan has been developed, covering the period
from June to December. This strategy aims to sustain the brand throughout the year by
providing engaging and relevant content across various platforms. Key components of
the plan include:

Content Calendar: A detailed content calendar has been crafted, delineating posts,
themes, and publication dates

Visual Design: Unique visual designs have been created to align with the brand's identity
and maintain a consistent visual presence.

II. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for CEO:

An NDA document was meticulously reviewed and edited to safeguard the CEO's
interests and protect confidential company information. The revised NDA ensures the
utmost confidentiality and legal security for the CEO's interactions with external
parties.

III. Executive Visiting Cards:

Visiting cards have been designed for all executive team members to enhance
professionalism and create a unified brand identity. These cards reflect the company's
commitment to excellence and serve as a valuable networking tool.

IV. Instagram Account Management:

The management of two prominent Instagram accounts, "Turiya Talks" and "Turiya
Communications," has been handled efficiently. This includes content creation, posting
schedules, engagement, and monitoring. The objective is to maintain an active and
engaging online presence for these accounts

Project 1: Social Media Content Creation

The creation of visual content for the company's social media pages, spanning from
June to December, was a pivotal project that had far-reaching significance. By
consistently posting engaging content, it served to:

- Sustain Brand Identity: The well-planned calendar ensured that our brand identity
remained consistent throughout the year. It enhanced brand recognition and positioned
us as a reliable, creative, and engaging brand in the eyes of our followers.

- Audience Engagement: The visually appealing content not only attracted but also
engaged our audience. This improved user interaction, reaching a wider demographic
and increasing the overall brand exposure.

- Consistency: The planned content ensured that our social media presence was well-
managed, delivering a constant stream of information to our audience.

The creation of visiting cards for all executive members of our team was crucial in
fostering professionalism and establishing strong interpersonal connections. The

Project 3: Management of Instagram Accounts


Managing the company's Instagram accounts - Turiya Talks and Turiya
Communications - has been instrumental in our online presence. The significance of
this assignment is:

new followers.

Consistent Brand Representation: Ensuring consistent brand representation and


messaging across our Instagram accounts has strengthened our online brand

As an intern at Turiya Communications LLP, I served as the Social Media Manager, taking
on diverse responsibilities that contributed to effective project management. Here's a
concise outline of my key roles and activities:

Content and Strategy Development:

- Assessed the Brand Manual for design and messaging consistency.

- Formulated content ideas and suggestions for social media posts.

- Curated reports with innovative suggestions for social media page enhancements.

- Created Social Media Post Mock-ups for Instagram.

Challenges encountered during the internship
There were several challenges I encountered during the tenure of my internship:

The Instagram pages of the company were vastly out of touch with six months since the
previous updates.

The company under and a lot of changes since the previous visiting cards and the
website updates, were undertaken. A lot of the services and offers changed. Finding
discrepancies between the current stage and their desired stage and fixing them I was a
bit of a healthy challenge that we encountered.

Since the previous social media related updates had been taking quite some while ago, a
fresh set of ideas had emerged, regarding the new workings of the said media pages. A
lot of people had a lot of ideas. Incorporating all these ideas into one concise content
plan was an elaborate task

Researching, assessing and updating us as the current trends which can be beneficial to
the company was quite cumbersome however did provide a healthy insight to the
workings of a brand, and what makes it more engaging

• How you addressed or contributed to resolving them


1. for the first problem mentioned above, I created a content calendar with specific
and then to the market for specific day. Timings of fixed for the posts and day and
event related contents were scheduled.
2. Listed the changes in the before, and after of the companies changes, outlined the
discrepancies between their desired value and perceived value, increases the
comprehensive plan of improvement based on that
3. For every new fresh idea, we had,we put it in an excel sheet which we maintained
and collaborated on and used it sort it out all the ideas and put them into action as
and when convenient

put all new ideas corresponding design and instagram trends of the season

My internship at Turiya Communications LLP has been a valuable learning experience,
and I look forward to applying the knowledge and skills I've gained in my future
endeavors

I will also focus on fine-tuning the social media content strategy based on performance
analytics, encouraging team brainstorming sessions, and seeking innovative ways to
reach a wider audience. Additionally, I aim to explore additional tools and techniques to
enhance the company's design capabilities and further strengthen the organization's
online presence.
