The needs of international logistics such as shortening of lead times and reducing distribution costs as
well as providing quality during transportation and ensuring safety are gradually becoming more
sophisticated and diversified than ever before. As a business partner, we are constantly striving to

transportation routes quickly, safely and reliably to minimizing transportation costs while dealing with

expertise in special transportation (semiconductor manufacturing equipment transportation,
temperature-controlled transportation, etc.) as one of our operating resources, we provide excellent
services to our customers based on our abundant experience in customs clearance procedure as well.

OCEAN TRANSPORTATION
FCL SERVICE

We are accepting container cargo transportation requests to all destinations across the world with the
main focus on America, Europe and Asia.
We have built a network based on close cooperation and trust with the world's leading shipping and
transportation companies and based on that we are providing optimum schedules and order-made
services tailored to our customers' needs.
In addition, along with transportation services we are able to arrange import and export customs
clearance procedures, the vanning work of placing export cargo in containers as well as the devanning
work of taking import cargo out of containers. We also provide additional services accompanying
transportation such as preparation of import and export-related documents and arranging for maritime
cargo insurance.

LCL SERVICE

Sometimes we transport multiple small cargoes gathered from a large number of customers in one
container, and we call it LCL (Less than Container Load), small cargo from different shippers shipped in
one container. We are engaged in optimum mixed consignment (CONSOL) services based on our ties
with agencies located in the world's major harbors and logistics bases and on networks which we have
organized with carefully selected partners. In order to be able to provide rapid transportation capabilities
to every inland region of the world, we are involved in the development of optimum transportation
routes and segmented forwarding services.

BULK & PROJECT CARGO TRANSPORT

Based on state-of-the-art stage-specific logistics systems, as experts with a wide experience we provide
comprehensive services from road surveys to installation and assembly of bulk cargo, project cargo and
long length cargo which is impossible to transport in containers.
LAND TRANSPORTATION

Container transport

Container transport is basically the process of transportation between container yards (CY) and shippers'
facilities (factories/warehouses).
We offer to our customers the most efficient maritime and land transportation plans according to the
cargo characteristics and with our delicate transportation system we promise safe, speedy and reliable
services including delivery, storage and handling, while constantly improving the quality of our
transportation operations.

General cargo transport

We are building up our land transport networks in numerous countries.
We do not only comply with regulations and keep the quality of our transportation high, but also by
utilizing a wide variety of vehicles and facilities, we can accurately respond to our customers' needs, so
using diverse sets of large or small trucks and trailers as well as dump trucks suitable for transportation
of various goods, tank lorries for transportation of liquids, refrigerated and chilled vehicles for
transportation of foods, etc. also makes us able to provide efficient and economical door-to-door
transportation services.

Heavy goods transport

In order to respond to various needs such as transportation involving large low bed trailers and air
suspension trailers, we cooperate with our partner companies which have many special vehicles and a
wide selection of heavy machinery and provide our services based on the experience of being able to
also carry precision machinery ranging from small to ultra large machines.
We will carry out various procedures that comply with the laws and regulations of each country we work

Distribution centers

In order to reduce our customers' product storage costs, we strive to provide customer-centered
solutions by providing distribution and processing services such as acceptance, inspection, classification,
repackaging and labeling with barcodes along with coordination of storage and shipping which enables
timely delivery.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

Import customs clearance declaration

When cargo arrives from overseas by ship or plane, before the customs clearance it is handled as foreign
cargo and gets temporarily stored in a bonded area at a port or an airport. In order to handle this foreign
cargo as domestic circulation cargo, an import declaration is required to be submitted to the customs
authorities which have jurisdiction over the bonded area where the cargo is kept.
During the import declaration procedure the names of items, their quantity, prices, etc. are confirmed
using the cargo documents (C/INVOICE, P/L, B/L, etc.), the contents are checked, classified and once the
declaration form is created, the import declaration procedure is completed (tax filing method). If
necessary, cargo inspections by the customs will be conducted.
(Tax number, confirmation of cargo, confimation of conflicts with other laws and regulations,
confirmation regarding goods prohibited for import, etc.).
In addition, in case customs duties are required by the Customs Act and the Customs Tariffs Act etc., the
import will be permitted by paying them together with the consumption tax which is necessarily
required by the Consumption Tax Law.

Export customs clearance declaration

If you want to send cargo overseas, you need to file an export declaration to submit to the customs
authorities in the area of your jurisdiction.
During the export declaration procedure, export documents such as C/INVOICE, P/L and additional
certificates to comply with other laws and regulations, etc. are required.
During the export clearance procedure, after confirming that the cargo is exported according to laws,
regulations, etc., and whether there are conflicts with different treaties, etc., the declaration form will be
prepared based on the schedule of ships, planes, etc. and the declaration procedure will be carried out.
