Sir/ Madam, I am writing to express my strong interest in the Legal Intern Position at M365Connect, as posted on LinkedIn. Currently, I am a second-semester student at the School of Law, Christ (Deemed to be University), and I am positively looking to apply the knowledge and experience gathered to real-world scenarios.
During my studies, I have undergone courses in Legal Writing, Negotiation, and Intellectual Property Rights. Additionally, I have undergone contract drafting seminars and drafted an in- depth contract along with proposal documents, which I believe align well with the requirements of the Legal Intern Position. My coursework has provided me with a solid foundation in the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to your team. I do understand the general hesitation toward 1 st Year students at firms for an internship role, and to counter this very scepticism, I have undergone the said courses. The geographical diversity of the company and the opportunity to facilitate intra- employee relations is something I have had a relative experience with while interning at Balaji Agarbatti Company.
In addition to my academic achievements, I have also had the opportunity to participate in
multiple Moot Court competitions and a contract drafting competition, which has helped me develop strong problem-solving, legal analysis, and legal writing skills while being mindful of deadlines and agenda expectations. These experiences have equipped me to adapt quickly to new environments and deliver to the best of my abilities. I have always been the hardest worker in the room and ensure the same to balance scepticism regarding my student term.
I am particularly drawn to M365Connect because of the prospect Participate in the
preparation of legal advice and compliance strategies while contributing to the management of intellectual property. Moreover, the chance to contribute to coordinating with external counsel and participating in legal projects involving information technology laws and its aspects excites me to learn from and contribute to such a dynamic environment.
