Japandi, as the name suggests, is a mix of Japanese and

IMPORTANT NOTES:
If you are not sure about a date but sure about the venue, you may process a
Php 3,000 non-refundable but deductible pencil booking which is valid for 3 days
wherein a 50% deposit of the contract price is required. Otherwise, the date will be
lifted for others and the pencil booking is forfeited.

For set designs that involves SAND, no aircon will be allowed to be turned on.
No carpentry work allowed inside the studio.
Penalty of P15,000 will be applied.
Practice C.L.A.Y. GO and care for the fixtures & furniture. Carry items and do not
drag it. breakage and damages is Php 2,000 per item.

Q : What if we exceed for 20 minutes?

A: This is still considered an hour rate.

Q: What are your terms of payment?

A: We require 50% downpament upon contract and 50% on the day of your event. Late
payment of balance is 2,000 per day.

Q: Can we pay in cash?

A: No cash transactions on the day of your rental. Bank transfer or online banking is ok.
We have BDO and BPI.

Q: Can I transfer to Lucas Studios?

A: Yes, 25 days and up

Q: What if I cancel my booking?

A: Cancellation fees apply.

Q: Can I reschedule?
A: Rescheduling fees apply.

Q: What are the rooms measurements?

A: MAGNOLIA - L: 48.33ft x W:35.75 ft. x H: 9.83 ft.- 13.25 ft.
CALEA - L: 53.92 ft. x W: 15.58 ft. x H: 13.42 ft.

Q: Do you have tables, chairs, light stands, backdrops included?

A: You may use the fixtures in the studio. Damages and stains must be reported and
charges will be applied accordingly. Failure to report a known

Q: Can we move furniture around the studio?

A: Yes, you may. Please ask our floor manager for assistance. Damages may apply.

Q: How do I reserve a date?

A: Reservation of date is only valid upon receipt of signed contract and deposit.

Q: How much is the Parking Fee?

A: 20/hr for cars • 40/hr for truck
