Exit Portal – FAQ

1)How soon i will be able to login to Megasoft Exit Portal after my Last working date?
You will be able to access the Megasoft Exit Portal in next 3 working days after your Last working date.

2) How do i access the Megasoft Exit Portal?


Kindly follow this URL to access the Megasoft Portal. This portal will be accessible over the internet from
Desktop /Laptop / mobile (Android/IOS) browser.

3) How do i login to the Megasoft Exit Portal?


You will have to use your _VOIS Employee ID as username.
For the first time login, Click on 'Forgot Password' and follow the steps as per the User Guide.

4) How long my access will be active on this portal?


You can access this portal until 18 months from the month of your last working date.

5) How do i reset my password?


You can click on ‘Forgot Password’ and follow the steps as per the User Guide. You will receive an OTP on your
registered mobile no and email ID.

6) What if i do not have registered my personal Email ID and contact details at the time of leaving?
You will have to request AskHR.VISPL@Vodafone.com to update your personal information (Email ID, Contact
number and Residential Address) from the backend. AskHR team shall verify your identity and update this
information on the Megasoft Portal.
Once these information are updated on the Portal, you should be able to access the Megasoft Portal as per
the user guide.

7) Can i raise a query from this portal?


Yes, please feel free to raise any query related to your Full and final settlement, Form 16 or any pay related
clarification. Megasoft Payroll administrator shall respond to your query in next 2 working days.

8) Can i escalate my concern to the _VOIS Team if my query is not addressed within the timeline?
Yes certainly, kindly follow the communication matrix mentioned in the User Guide for any escalation.

9) Do i have to inform anyone to revoke my access after 18 months?


No, your Megasoft Portal access shall be automatically revoked after 18 month.

10) I’m unable to view my relieving/experience letter.


*Eligible employees who have left the organization on or after 01st January 2022 can access their
relieving/experience letter from this portal [Employee -> My Letters -> Relieving Letter] once full and final is settled.
In this case, employee may raise query from this portal (refer Q-7).

*Subject to no dues from the employee
