Objectives:
a. Evaluate progress toward the goals set during the previous performance
review.
b. Identify any challenges or obstacles that may have affected goal
achievement.
c. Provide constructive feedback on the employee's performance,
highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
d. Recognize and acknowledge achievements and contributions made by the
employee.
e. Develop action plans to address any performance gaps or areas needing
improvement.
f. Set clear expectations and provide guidance on how to meet performance
standards.
g. Discuss any challenges or obstacles the employee is facing in their role.
h. Collaboratively identify solutions and strategies to overcome challenges.
i. Maintain a record of the employee's performance throughout the year for
future reference.
j. Use the mid-year review as an opportunity to update documentation
related to performance.
k. Evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes and strategies for
performance management.
l. Identify areas for improvement in the performance review process itself.

NARRATIVE REPORT
The program started with a prayer led by Teacher Madelyn Basilio. The roll
call united everyone present, setting the tone for a day of collaboration and
shared purpose. Dr. John M. Abordo, the School Principal, gave his opening
remarks and shared his experiences from the beginning of the school year up to
present. He said that he was quite pressured to become the newly assigned
principal in Pamatawan Integrated school for he knows how hardworking the
teachers of Pamatawan are and at the same time he’s excited to push everyone
more to exceed their limits and brought every teacher their bests for the
learners and to achieve everyone’s goals.
