    This is to certify TOTAL 80 PCS of cylindrical floating champers use as TOTAL AREA 47 m2
    of floating structures was inspected. The inspection result of the structural stability is safe to use
    as Art-installation with following particulars: -

    Floating Structure:
    Location Used : nearby SHA TAU KOK PIER. Attachment 1
    Purpose : Art-installation.
    Design Capacity : 89kg / m2 ; 4164kg evenly distributed.
    (With Totally 1 pcs lifebuoys attached with 30m lanyards)
    (4 crews allowed onboard)
    Overall Dimension : 10m x 6m. Attachment 2

    Floating Champers
    Size : 0.4m diameter x 0.6m height
    Material : HDPP
    Structure : HDPE Combinative Buoys
    Max. Capacity : 75kg
    Specification : as per attachment provided by client. Attachment 3

    Inclining Test : Inclining Test Report Attachment 4

    Remark:
    1) This Floating Structures only for subject Event only. If 220V AC power is used for lighting, separate electrical
    wiring and fittings diagram is to be submitted for approval.
    2) Advised all people’s onboard floating structures to don lifejackets.
