    NOTICE INVITING e-Tender

    The Arunachal Pradesh Public Works Department, for the “Construction of integrated Sports
    Complex at Dirang” has decided for engagement of consultants for project management
    consultancy services through an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract.
    The Executive Engineer, Dirang Division, PWD, AP, Dirang, on behalf of the Governor of
    Arunachal Pradesh, invites tender through e-Tendering system under Engineering
    Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode of Contract in Two Bid System (Technical and
    Financial bids) from reputed and capable Consultants.
    The Consultants should have the experience of working for Semi /Govt. Organizations/ Central
    or State Govt./PSUs, etc. Conditional tender shall not be accepted.

    https://arunachaltenders.gov.in from 12/ 11/ 2024 to 19/ 11/ 2024 (up to 1500 hours IST).
    Bidder must submit its Financial Bid and Technical Bid at https://
    www.arunachaltenders.gov.in on or before 19/ 11/ 2024 (up to 1500 hours IST). Bids
    received online shall be opened on 19/ 11/ 2024 (at 1600 hours IST).

    Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security, document fee,
    Power of Attorney and Joint Bidding Agreement etc. shall be submitted physically by the
    Bidder on or before 19/ 11/ 2024 (at 1500 hours IST), Please note that the
    [Ministry/Authority/ Executing Agency] reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the
    BIDs without assigning any reason whatsoever.
