    SUBJECT: POLICE CONTINGENCY PLAN FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF LAW & ORDER ON EVE OF INTERVIEW

    (SPD-01/2024) OF LARKANA RANGE, IS TO BE HELD AT POLICE TRAINING SCHOOL (PTS)
    WAGAN ROAD LARKANO FROM 18TH TO 30TH NOVEMBER-2024.
    INFORMATION
    As per letter No.ESTT-II/24919-25 dated 08.11.2024, received from DIGP Hyderabad
    Range-Cum-Chairman, Recruitment Committee Larkana Range, has informed that Interview process of the
    post of Police Constable (BPS-07), in Sindh Police Department (SDP-01/2024) of Larkana Range will be held
    from 18.11.2024 to 29.11.2024 (Male Candidates) and on 30.11.2024 (Female Candidates of Larkana Range)
    at Police Training School (PTS) Wagan Road Larkano. In which 6879 approx. number of candidates will
    participate in the interview process from 0800 AM. Due to gathering of candidates and outsiders, it is expected
    that some troublemakers / miscreants may try to exploit the situation by creating Law and order problems at
    the examination centers during the running of the examination.
    METHOD
    In order to avoid any untoward incident and to maintain Law and order, the following Police
    arrangements are ordered.

    correspondence.
    SWEEPING
    The Sr. Superintendent of Police, Special Branch Larkano is requested to depute a contingency duly
    equipped with technical sweeping equipment, who shall reach maximum (2) hours before the scheduled time
    of starting proceedings at above mentioned place & shall provide clearance to the candidates / participants
    and ensure that no un-authorized material is planted there and ensure that no unwilling incident takes place
    and also install (02) walk through gates at main entrance of above mentioned place.
    GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
    1. The force deployed on duty should report in time and not leave the place of duty without prior
    permission of the SSP Larkano or SDPO Civil Line.
    2. The SHO Sachal will be responsible for body search of the participants at examination center.
    3. The SHO Sachal should keep a strict vigilance on the activities of the miscreants/trouble makers and he
    should ensure that no such person is allowed to enter the vicinity of the examination center.
    4. The SHO Sachal should also keep vigilance on the adjacent houses and ensure that nobody should be
    allowed to use the same for nefarious activities/designs.
