    NARRATIVE REPORT
    My exposure to a real-world workplace gave me lots of knowledge about my chosen field of
    work. It was a pleasure to speak with clients and address their problems. On the First week of
    our work immersion we did a lot of duties. Upon arriving at the LGU Bayambang event center,
    students, staff, and non-staff gathered for a flag ceremony. We stayed there for nearly three
    hours before being deployed to the DTI department. We met with department head Ma'am
    Kim and were tasked with arranging paper documents and reading books. After filling out
    DTR and log sheets, we cleaned our area before the head arrived. Ma'am Kim instructed us on
    how to register a business name and provided us with a undertaking paper. After lunch, we
    were tasked with arranging documents by date and filling out necessary papers.

    On the second week of our work immersion, we also did a lot of works. Every Mondays, we
    were attending LGU's flag ceremony and are not allowed outside until it's over. In our
    department, we assist clients with business name registration and address their concerns. Ma'am
    Jian told us to advice clients to return tomorrow or register their business name independently if
    they have a gadget and internet, because our department head was on leave due to illness. In the
    next morning, we assist clients and go to the assessor’s office to put a "done" label on tax real
    property declarations. After lunch, we sort business permits based on plate numbers. On our
    last day, we assist clients and chat with our department head. We take pictures with the
    department head before bidding farewell.

    I took a wealth of knowledge and experience with me when I left the organization.
    Working for LGU Bayambang-DTI gave me a fantastic opportunity to experience a real-world
    work environment. I took the knowledge and memories I gained from my ten days of job
    immersion with me.
