My business is going pretty good, as you know the oil platform has the way of it
own ways, as of early January the wpork started very slow and easy, but at the
middle of this February you can't believe how hectic the work become, but we are
already use to it, so we flow how ever we see it going.
I'm an oil drilling Engineer, a subcontractor working for North Oil Company. As a
well Service Superintendent, I am currently handling a lump sum contract with the
Al Shaheen Oil field in Doha Qatar. I have 2 months left to complete my current
contract, and I plan to retire as soon as I complete this project.
What type of work do you do?

Oh no actually i don't chat with everyone that send me invitation here, only few
that i send invitation i chat with, perherps, i have been here for a while now and
all those that i haver been chatting with are those that do Edu. partnership
business with me, so i never have anything very private with them, but to be
sincere with you i just since we started talking i just develop the interest of
talking to you personally unlike my business partners here, i understand where you
are heading to but this is the way i saw it, i hope you too will understand me as
well.

Am so sorry to hear that, i guess you do woke up at the wrong side of the bed, or
you do have some dreams that you doesn't understand the meaning hehe, anyways i do
wake up every morning by 5am, and i will do my daily exercise of 250 push for
30minutes, from 5am to 5:30am, after that i will take a coffee tea and take my
shower before going to wake some of my workers from sleep so that we all we held to
the offshore together.

Hope you do take morning coffee before going to work, i love light food in the
morning so that i won't get dizzy to work, sometimes when i eat a heavy something
in the morning before before going out to the offshore, sometimes i end up sleeping
in my office hehe, that is why i rather prefer taking only coffee or a glass of
water in the morning before proceeding to work, are you in the company already or
still at home?

That sound good, i hope the meal do not disturb your day at work as well, am
already at the offshore with my workers and i must confess they have been doing
very perfect so far, am glad i have professionals as workers they are really doing
good today, i have been writting a report since this morning, so i just decided to
straw to the offshore and see how they are doing but i find out they are doing
well, how is your fist meeting going so far?

That is a good plan for you and your team, working coperativley always brings out a
good result in every aspect of working, yes writing the report doesn't sound good
as you said, but i have to do because the it concerns the yesterday night shift
workers, there are so many things that need to be fixed about the night shift
workers, some do end up sleeping while they are on shift, some do misuse the
equipment that got some machines encrypted, now the storm that we experience
earlier yesterday at the night shift also got some things destroyed most especially
the up channel network that controls the distraction of the electric currents that
rises from the ocean, just have to put things together so that the company will be
aware of all these damages, hope your team are specialist in there field of
working?

Wow i must give you a BRAVO salute for doing that, you must be a very good leader
then, and i'm sure your team will be very proud of you, you know when working with
a nice and gentle leader there is an comfort that the workers will develop that
will make them bring out the best in them to make sure things works out for there
leader very superlative for there leader, making them feel very happy at the end of
every year by inviting them foe a babrecue is very exceptional this means your team
gives you the very best you ever wanted from them, are they working with you at
signed contract or as your employees?

Yes that us the question you got it right, i must say this, the strenght and the
success of any leader lays on the hand of his or her workers, i have been working
with my team here for four years now, i started working in the North oil company
since 2020 now am having only but less than two months to complete my current
contract, and i wish to retire because working in an oil rig is a very dangerous
work, and it also requires a lot energy, am no longer the man i use to be
before so i think i just have to retire after the end of this contract to enjoy my
retirement life, do you have any plan of retiring soon?

that is very thoughtful of you but please forgive to ask about this, i know is
very difficult for ladies to tell out there age but please forgive me, how old are
you?

That would have been very good to me if i had a family, it have affected me so much
living a single life for nine years, is not an easy tax for me, i have gone through
losts that has become a traumal to me, I lost my wife Kathleen 9 years ago after
she was diagnosed with cancer that eventually took her away from me and I have a
15-year-old son, but we are now far apart for now, he is the only family I have
left, his name is Hudson, and he is now in boarding school at the Bodwell High
School located in in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

No my Home town is Munich, sorry i didn't explain that to you from the beginning we
were carried away with our jobs hehe, I was born in Munich and at the age of 6
years old, my mother took me and my brother and also my sister to San Francisco
California in America. my father is an American while my mother was from Germany,
so i actually planned to travel back to Germany after my contract and spend the
rest of my live over there, and My actual reason for planning on going back to
Germany is because Germany is my birth place and i wouldn't want to die and be
buried in america.
In 2 months from now, i will be retired and i would like to stay and live the rest
of my peaceful life back in our country.
Yeah, it hasn't be easy for me i must be honest here, what really keeps me going
and stronger is that am always very busy with my works, that contributed a lot in
removing the pains of being single without a woman for nine years, and i'm very
sorry to hear about your parent's death, My late parents passed away when i was
Only 19 years Old. i will say my Father and my Mother were the Best man and woman i
have ever Loved They were both so caring, loving, God fearing, respectful and
responsible but i trusted and Believe in God and i know God does things In His own
way. I have learned to be Strong. I am a very hard working man, When i lost my
parents i was working and schooling at the same time that was how i grew up. I had
one brother. I lost my brother, who was the youngest in a car accident when we were
in our early twenties, and my sister, the oldest, was happily married with two
children, but lost her life trying to have a third child. her husband lived in the
state for several years, and I could give him and the children some help until he
moved to China, so now I hardly hear about him.

No i was born in Munich and I have a lot of idea what germany is like, I know how
badly the economic condition In Germany is but I am very optimistic and I like to
see the best of every situation no matter what life presents to me. I have been in
very difficult situations in life. If anything, my life is a testimony for
optimism. I feel Germany is the best place you could be at this moment and still
achieve the very best of all that you need.

I've only had my current job since last year. But I've done similar tasks before.
40 years of experience is a long time. You must be very good and have a lot of
knowledge.

Good morning! Do you always take good care of your contacts? Unfortunately I didn't
sleep very well.

I honestly do not know. I often woke up and it wasn't so pleasant.

Yes, I really enjoy working with them and the atmosphere in the team is really
great.
I invite my team to the barbecue every year as a personal thank you for their

I think my team is quite happy to have me as a leader. Happy employees are also
more committed and I am nothing without them.

What are your plans for retirement? Your family will be happy if you no longer have
to work.

Oh is a bit away from Munich, i was born in Aschheim Munich, and i also had a very
good relationship with the society, i also live a social life out there then before
going down to American, with the years i live with my parent in American i have
compare the people of American here with people i associate with in Germany,
honestly i must say that our people in Germany are very nice people much more than
American people that is why i won't allow myself die and be buried in a foreign
land especially here in American, i prefer to live with whatever consequences i
have to face in my country than here American, people of American are very rude,
could you believe as little as i'm when we went to American with my mother it
still took me more than two to three years to get to know some friends here, i
better die in my country.

You are right, the government is not doing anything to make things better
especially that aspect of employments, over some years now Austria is having a very
bad situation in medical aspect, no more doctors and Nurse, which i thing is also
trying to affect Munich as well, how i wish they could look up to that conbining
with the current economy things will be better, but as the look of thing they feel
very rollotant because they within themself they are satisfy not thinking about the
population being there role at democratic government.

I never thought of that, but i think i will have to look on that, because i will
have to buy a house where me and my future partner will live very comfortably and
happily recommending the present of my son after his studies, i will have to look
on that so see if i can find a good luxury in Bavaria.

So tell me how long have you been on Linkedin, i guess you could have met a lot of
people here?

That is a bot long, i have been here for a while now, and i must confess Linkedin
is prominent app that almost everyone dealing with business do enjoy, what are your
experiences with the people you have met here so far, how good and bad are they?
Seems like you do buy things online, and what are the things you do buy from people
online? you know this is not 100% save buying goods online.

Yes i learn something very preferable from a certain wise man who once told me that
it's best to move on and focus on the future. He said i should thinking about my
past because thinking about my past will only bring me pains and i think that the
man is very right, though is a very painful experience loosing someone very close
to you.

We don't have to depend living based on past experience, we shouldn't allow our
past experience ruin the beautiful future that God has prepared for us, life can
never stop teaching us a lesson, we do learn everyday in life we are never perfect
for a single penny, and life will never stop teaching us things we never knew that
we deserve to know, we just have to make up our mind and put away the things of the
past and focus on the things that may become of our future, i think that wise man
is 100% right.

What i have come to realize is that every past tragedy experience always prepares
us for a better tomorrow, I will appreciate us being good friends in sincerity,
honesty and trust although we just knew each other, we can share ideas and discuss
about more issues as we talk more about ourselves, and as time goes on there may be
something great for us in the future, What do you think?

So sorry for the late reply, i went to check on my workers, yes i do want us to be
friends, actually you are the only person i do talk about my feelings and private
life with, so i would want us to be friends if that will be ok by you i will do
appreciate that.

I mostly follow the way my spirit or desire move me towards something, to be frank
with you it has been over two months i stopped talking to so many people on my
connection, because many of them do bad business with me, some of them cheated me a
lot, i found out many of them are not honest i decided to stop talking to them all,
but to be honest with you from the very first day we started talking, i have been
hiding myself from commenting so much about what i found out about you but i think
i don't have to hide that anymore hehe, you are a very honest and nice woman, i
have waited for so long to see someone like you here, but all that i met here are
cheaters looking for who to rip off, but i thank God for making our paths to cross,
i talk to you about my feeling and private life because i find out you are a very
honest woman.

I have taking it as pariority that i rather be with someone very honest and nice
than being with someone very beautiful with a bad character, i must confess you are
not only beautiful but have a heart of gold to be sincere.

Therefore, I do not judge anyone about his appearance, but recognize what the heart
