    *****NOTICE ON WAN HAI LINES OF DECLARATION MANAGEMENT*****


    Dear Valued Customers,

    Your esteemed company shall strictly and continuously comply with the requirements in any rules of Wan Hai Lines, Ltd.
    (hereinafter referred to as “WHL”), and the applicable regulations, laws, or conventions, in respect of, including but
    not limited to, declaration shown in Bill of Lading, packaging, labeling, weight, carriage, or handling, disposal of
    cargoes, and shall honestly and accurately make the declaration of cargoes in accordance with the said requirements as
    well as the requirements made by the carrier, or the carrier’s agent prior to delivery of cargo to WHL’s designated
    locations, depots or terminals.

    From now on, if the declarations and shipping forms and documents enclosed are not true and not accurate, WHL has
    the rights to immediately stop or suspend the delivery of the cargoes or terminate the contract of delivery for the
    cargoes at any time during the carriage. Your esteemed company (also including the shipper, the notifying party and
    the consignee) shall assume and bear any expenses and fees incurred and all liabilities of damages and losses, costs,
    including but not limited to, fines, forfeits, penalties, attorney fees, litigation costs, and, in addition, shall pay punitive
    damages as follows:

    If the cargoes involved in violation of the relevant requirements are Hazardous Cargoes, the punitive damages shall be
    USD100,000 per container.
    If the cargoes involved in violation of the relevant requirements are Non-hazardous cargoes, the punitive damages shall
    be USD100,000 per container.

    New deposit collection: USD 100,000 (full liquidated damages and deposit will be collected within one week after
    concealment is discovered.), the deposit will be used as subsequent and relevant overdue fees such as container
    damage, detention fee (overdue fees involving underreporting need to be calculated at 3 times), terminal fees, local
    customs related processing fees, etc.

    All risks, responsibilities and/or any damages, losses, claims, fines and any consequences arising out or in
    connection with the safety accidents if occurred and resulted from concealment of shipments will be charged
    accordingly. If there is any shortfall, it must be made up.

    We shall appreciate your acknowledgement and support, to make carriage of cargo safe.
    WHL REEFER CARGOES NOTICE

    * Do not load / unload cargo when the refrigerator compressor is running.


    * Do not stack cargo above the red loading lines (red lines on the walls). In addition,please reserve appropriate space and cooling
    channel in
    accordance with the cargo characteristics for circulation of cool air.
    * The trucker or agent picking up container is required to inspect all accessories and indicate on equipment investigation record
    (EIR)
    if any damages or missing parts are found. It will be regarded as Reefer equipment taken in good condition if no remark on EIR.
    * Do not use a socket not conformed to WHL HAI's specification. To cut or dismantle the plug and/or safety pins is not allowed.
    Your good company will be requested to indemnify if any damage and demolition are found.
    * Do not remove any accessories of the equipment, including drain plugs and baffle plates. Your good company will be requested
    to indemnify if any loss or damage is found.
    * Appropriate packing shall be applied on cargo and blocking air channels shall be avoided.
    * Pre-cool cargo to required carrying temperature before stuffing in container.
    * Do not operate, adjust the electrical/ machinery and temperature controlling system.
    * Keep Control box closed.
    * Do not dismantle any parts or power plug.
    * Cable wire should be well protected and always kept in its designated position after use.
    * Shipper is liable for cargo delay and/or possible cargo damage if container rejected due to difference in gate-in temperature
    and required temperature.
    * Shipper /Trucker/Agent picking up the reefer container should take the responsibility to check and ensure, prior to taking
    delivery, that temperature of the reefer unit is set in conformity with Shipper’s Booking instruction given to WAN HAI.
