    Job interview question


    1. Tell me about yourself.

    Since childhood I have been introduced to what is called a computer. at that time almost
    twice a week I went to the internet cafe to play games, modify games, learn simple scripts to
    cheat in games or create a simple blog. That's why I decided to major in management in
    informatics to further hone my skills and to train my attitude so I don't go down the drain. I
    have participated in a web design contest held by niagahoster.com, and also several logo and
    character design contests for a game held by sribulancer.com.

    for now I only focus on web design and website development in the interface, and when I
    heard that this company had a job opening in web design and website development in the
    interface, I was very happy and immediately tried to apply, because the company this is my
    dream company from long time ago.

    i know, i will grow more if i get into this company. I want to work in a company where I
    can grow together, be challenged and where I can contribute. I would be very happy to work
    for your company to develop ui/ux website designs and also to handle the projects given to
    me.

    2. Why did you leave your last job.

    Yes, before this I have worked but worked as a freelancer. and this is my first time
    applying in a company, like this. and my work schedule is usually not there manage, so if I
    am accepted then I will try to change my habits and try to work with the team.

    3. Why do you want to work here?

    I said earlier that this was my dream technology company as a child, that's why when this
    company opened a new division, namely web design and web developer interface, I
    immediately applied for it, I want to grow together in this new division and make this
    division bigger. Armed with my experience while working as a freelancer, I am sure this
    division will grow even bigger in the future.

    4. What are your strengths?

    because I have worked when I was in college my experience in the field of web design
    and web interfaces is one step ahead when compared to friends my age. if you look at my cv,
    there i have listed some of the courses i have taken. and it has proven that I am really
    competent in this field.
    In the past I have handled a project that required me to work with a team, I was trusted as
    the project leader. Thanks to my theory and skills in web design, I managed to lead my team
    and complete the project on time, even though all team members had never met before.

    5. What are your weaknesses?

    one of my weaknesses is that I can't be in a room with a lot of people and I'm also not
    very good at communicating with new people in the real world. but if in cyberspace I do
    not have the above shortcomings.

    To overcome my problems above I always take the time to practice talking to other
    people with the help of an app called Omegle and also to overcome my fear of crowds I
    also occasionally venture to go to technology exhibitions around where I live.
