    I am highly pleased to inform you that zenith of your academics career; Convocation 2024 is scheduled on Monday Nov
    18, 2024 Evening Session I, on the behalf of Director CUI Abbottabad Campus, Faculty and Staff congratulate you on the
    successful completion of an important milestone of your life. Embrace yourselves now for the ultimate moment as under.
    “Convocation 2024 Evening Session”
    This epistle of sincerity will act as invitation for you to attend full dress rehearsal and convocation ceremony which will
    require to be stamped by Student Affairs on rehearsal day.

    Rehearsal Day:
    • Your participation in full dress rehearsal is pre-requisite for attending the convocation which is scheduled on Sunday
    Nov 17, 2024 13:15 hrs in formal dress along with properly pressed convocation gown, as your group photograph
    will be arranged on the rehearsal day as well. Gowns will be available for collection at P-Block, room no. P4.
    Ironing facility on payment will be available.
    • You have to be in the graduate line-up behind auditorium, near faculty mess at 13:15 hrs for convocation rehearsal.
    • Your respected Parents / Guests are also invited to attend the convocation and share your golden moments. You have
    to collect your convocation gowns and invitation cards for the parents after providing their NIC numbers on
    Sunday Nov 17, 2024 from DOO offices. CS/SE DOOs will be available in admission cell. Chemistry graduates
    will contact their graduate coordinators.
    • Lunch will be served at 12:00 hrs in student service center on rehearsal day.
    • You are required to deposit Rs. 1,400/- (Rs. 1,000/- as security deposit and Rs. 400/- as gown rent). The security
    deposit will be refunded by the vendor to you at the time of return of the gown immediately upon close of the
    convocation ceremony i.e. Monday Nov 18, 2024 till 19:00 hrs. No refund will be applicable if the complete
    gown is not returned on the day of convocation.

    Convocation Day:
    • You are requested to report for line-up behind auditorium at 14:00 hrs Monday Nov 18, 2024 on convocation day.
    • Lunch on convocation day will be served at 13:00 hrs for both graduates and guests.
