Subject - Our technical offer for the supply of 11kV HT Panels at your prestigious project in Jamnagar Gujarat.

We are the only organisation on Pan India basis with multiple solution & licensed partnership with SIEMENS:
Fixed & Draw-out TTA Panels with internal arc design (License Partner of SIEMENS SIEPAN 8PU TTA Switchboard as per IEC 61439) Automation & Drives Solutions (Solution Partner of Siemens PLC, DCS, SCADA, Servo Drives, AC Drives Medium Voltage Switchgear (Solution Partner of 11kV & 33kV VCB & Ring Main Units) Compact Substation (Licensed Partner of Siemens 8FB20 CSS)
Apart from the same we are manufacturing Smart Prepaid Energy Metering system, State of art measuring instruments (Panel meter & instrument & control transformers). SCOPE: Our scope is limited to Design, Manufacturing, Shop Testing and Supply of the Equipment. Erection & Commissioning, Supervision, testing at site etc., not in our Scope.
PRICE BASIS: Delivery Ex-works, Firm for Contractual delivery period. Exclusive of Taxes, duties & levies.
GST: Extra @ 18% on Ex-Works Price as per prevailing norms.
DELIVERY: We will supply the material within 12-16 weeks from the date of receipt of uncommented drawing approval / manufacturing clearance, whichever is later the date of inspection will be considered as date of dispatch. Delivery shall be subject to force majeure conditions.
PAYMENT: 30 % advance and balance against proforma invoice before dispatch.
FREIGHT: Extra at actual to your account. The material will be dispatched by Road Transport on Freight To-Pay basis.
INSURANCE: To Your Account.
VALIDITY: 30 days from the date of this offer.
WARRANTY: The equipment is warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 18
months from the date of dispatch and kept under proper storage or 12 months from the date of commissioning under proper use, whichever is earlier. This warranty period is not applicable for the fuses, indication lamps, surge arresters etc. and any other consumables. GENERAL TERMS: No other terms and conditions shall be deemed to have been accepted unless specifically agreed to by us in writing.
General Comments: The equipment supplied will be in line with the bill of material enclosed. Any changes required shall be accommodated with due commercial implication, if any.
Erection, Testing & commissioning is not in our scope.
However, Supervision of Erection & Commissioning shall be provided at an extra cost of
Rs.10,000 per man day. However necessary labour, technical assistance, testing equipment etc., shall be arranged by you. Local conveyance, boarding & Lodging shall be borne by you.
Cable termination kits, lugs, cable glands etc., are not covered under our scope of supply.
In case of any ambiguity our Bill of Material, our comments / Technical high lights / deviation on specification shall prevail over any other documents. Moreover, our comments / Technical high lights / deviation on specification shall be a part of the contract.
