QUOTATION
SPECIFICATION
PCC:
Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 using 40mm downgraded aggregates is provided as per Standard
Structural Specification.
RCC COLUMNS:
RCC Columns shall be build using 20mm Downgraded aggregates in M20(1:1.5:3) Mix as per
the given structural drawings.
BASEMENT:
Basement will be done upto 3feet height from road level( Size stone masonry)
SUPERSTRUCTURE WORK:
Good quality Brick Masonry(up to Rs.8) in 115/230mm thickness; Cement Mortar in 1:6.
RCC BEAMS:
RCC Beams shall be build using 20mm Downgraded aggregates in M20 Mix as per the given
structural drawings.
RCC SLABS:
Downgraded aggregates in M20 Mix as per the given structural drawing.
RCC STAIRS:
RCC STAIRS shall be build using 20mm Downgraded aggregates in M20 Mix as per the given
Architectural Specification.
RCC LINTEL:

RCC Lintel shall be build using 20mm Downgraded aggregates in M20 Mix as per the given
structural drawings.
REINFORCED STEEL:
Fixing Steel Reinforcement(High Yield Strength Deformed Bars Conforming to Fe 500/550) for
RCC in all items, Work including transporting, recoiling, cutting, straightening, bending and
placing in position at all levels & binding the approved gauge binding wire. (MAKE:
Kamadhenu, BMM, VRKP or equivalent brand).
CEMENT:
43 Graded Ordinary Portland cement or Portland Pozzolana Cement of Koramandel, penna, Birla
or Equivalent brand shall be used for all the works.
SAND:
Good quality sand shall be used for all RCC Works, Approved quality M-Sand/Slag which is
specially graded for the Super Structural works shall be used for all plastering works/Flooring
works as per the availability in the open market.
WINDOWS:
Good quality 2.5 track UPVC windows with safety grills(10mm) will be provided.(up to
Rs.450/sft)
WARDROBES:
Andhra slab wardrobes shall be done as per design in bedrooms.
Andhra slab shelves shall be done as per design in Kitchen/Pooja room.
HANDRAILS:
MS Handrails shall be used in Staircase areas.
ELECTRICAL WORKS:

Cables: Vasavi, Standard or equivalent brand.
Switches & Sockets: Modular switches & sockets by approved brands.
Box: Metal Box
MCB: Standard
PVC conduits will be used for wiring.
One motor(1HP) shall be provided per floor.
The Fancy Electrical fixtures if supplied, labour charges will be charged accordingly for
fixing the same.
FLOORING TILES:
Vitrified tiles(60cm x 60cm) shall be used for Living room, Dining room, Pooja, Kitchen,
Bedroom with Skirting of 4” height.(premium quality upto Rs.50/sft )
Ceramic anti-skid flooring shall be used for Bathrooms, Balcony, Staircase & Utility.
(premium quality upto Rs.300 per box )
Glazed tiles shall be used for Bathrooms upto a height of 7’.(premium quality upto
Rs.300 per box )
Glazed tiles shall be used for Kitchen upto 4’ height above Kitchen cooking platform and
for pooja room upto 7’height.(premium quality upto Rs.300 per box )
Good Quality Granite Slabs(steel grey upto Rs.60) shall be used for the Kitchen top.
Anti-skid tiles will be used for parking under roof area only.(premium quality upto
Rs.300 per box )
Glazed tiles shall be used beside main door upto 10’width and 7’height.(premium quality
upto Rs.300 per box )
PAINTING WORK:
Inside: Single Coat Cement Primer shall be used all over the Plastered Area, two coat of
Cement Based putty(upto Rs 650 per bag) and Two Coats of Acrylic Emulsion for all
internal walls of standard quality upto Rs 200 per litre. (MAKE- Asian, Nippon or
equivalent brand.)
Out Side: One coat of Primer and Two coats of External Emulsion Paint of standard
quality upto Rs 200 per litre (MAKE- Asian, Nippon or equivalent brand.)
All windows and grills are applied with 1 coat of primer and one coat of Enamel paint.
(MAKE- Asian, Nippon or equivalent brand)
PU polish will be applied for Main door.

FALSE CEILING:
Good quality False ceiling work will be done in hall and bedrooms.(Basic design only)
PARAPET WORK:
Single Brick Work shall be used for the Parapet Work.
WEARING COAT:
Wearing coat shall be applied on terrace floor(25mm thick).
FRONT ELEVATION:
Front elevation shall be done as per our design.
If any extra design suggested by the client, it should be paid by client only.
MODE OF PAYMENT:
Initially 20% is paid as advance – 5,67,000+sump-35,000= 6,00,000
20% should be paid after the completion of basement.-5,67,000
30% is paid after the completion of roof( plastering, compound,wearing coat & plumbing-
8,17,000
20% should be paid for flooring and painting- 5,67,000
7% should be paid for windows and other finishing works- 2,00,000
3% is paid after completion of work- 85,000
NOTES:
Providing electricity and water to the site are not included in this Quote.
Water supply and Drainage connection should be done by the client.
Any extra work other than specification will be bared by the owner.
Wood work for Wardrobes and Kitchen is not included in unit rate.
