    HOUSE RULES

    1. Delegates are expected to observe the highest degree of respect and courtesy to
    coaches, officials, and management staff.

    2. General supervision of the billted delegates is the responsibility of the coaches and
    delegation head being the immediate supervisors. Their welfare, protection and
    security shall be the main concern and responsibility for the whole duration of the
    event.

    3. Wearing of the required RSPC 2024 ID is required at all times. Delegates must
    present their ID to the guard before entering the campus.

    4. Occupants shall refrain from howling or making unnecessary noises and observe
    silence around their billeting area and at their sleeping quarters especially during
    sleeping hours.

    5. The occupants are responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and orderliness of
    their living quarters. Any damages incurred during the stay shall be replace by
    concerned occupants.

    6. Delegation participants should stay in their assigned quarters during the entire
    duration of the 2024 RSPC.

    7. Delegates must aware of how to access medical and emergency assistance


    whenever necessary.

    8. It is your personal responsibility to safeguard your personal belongings (cash,


    cellphones, laptops and other valuable). The host division/school will not take
    responsibility for left and lost in the quarter.

    9. Brining in and drinking alcoholic drinks and smoking is not allowed. Smoking inside
    quarters is also prohibited, for the school observes NO SMOKING POLICY.

    10. Observe energy and water conservation measures. Lightings and electrical fans
    other electrical appliance/devices must be unplugged.

    11. Vandalism is strictly prohibited.

    12. No gambling of any form is allowed within the campus.

    13. Observe 10:00 pm lights off, and 4:30 am lights on policy. They shall be in billeting
    quarter within 10:00 pm curfew time. Going out of the quarter after curfew is
    strictly prohibited.

    14. No firearm/deadly weapon is allowed inside the campus.

    15. Observe Child Protection Policy (D.O. # 40, s. 2012).
