    MY ENGLISH TEACHER

    My English listening teacher, Mr. Bao, is a skilled and


    enthusiastic instructor who helps us improve our
    listening abilities with ease. With his glasses, friendly
    smile, and outgoing personality, students immediately
    feel welcome in his classroom. He always dresses
    casually, usually in khakis and a simple shirt, which
    gives him a relaxed and approachable vibe. Mr. Bao
    encourages us to listen actively by taking notes and
    predicting content, helping us focus on key ideas
    instead of getting lost in every word. He often explains
    difficult vocabulary and phrases, making sure everyone
    understands before listening. He also pauses after each
    listening section to discuss key details, helping the
    class process what we've heard without feeling rushed.
    Occasionally, he surprises the class with a test to help
    us get familiar with the listening test format, which
    improves both our listening and testing skills. With Mr.
    Bao's engaging methods and encouragement, students
    gain confidence in their listening skills day by day.
