How to Insert a Text Box
Go to Insert ►Drawing.
The Drawing window will appear and one of the buttons you will find in here is the
Textbox.
By clicking on the Textbox button, your cursor will change into a cross-shaped and
all you have to do is to draw a box in the working area. Now, you can already type
any text. To modify the text, click on the More button. Once you’re done, click on
the Save & Close for you to go back to the default working space of your document.
How to Insert a Text Box
When resizing a textbox, all you have to do is click on one of the
handles and drag it manually until you reach the desired size for
the textbox.
Again, when you choose a shape, the cursor will change into a
cross-shaped waiting for you to draw on the working space.
How to Format a Text Box
After drawing the shape, right-click on it and then choose Edit
Text. And now, it’s ready to accept text. Changing the font
appearance is the same as you change the font in the default
working area. You will be able to access the font’s attributes
when you click on More button.
