CIRCULAR/99/2024-25/Grade 9-12
Dear Parents,
Greetings!
Please make a note of the following –
• Sahodaya Pre Board Examination for Grade 12 will commence from 9th December 2024 and for
Grade 10 from 12th December 2024.
• Post Mid Term Examination for Grade 11 will commence from 10th December 2024 and for
Grade 9 from 12th December 2024.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
• It is a half day working during the examination days (except for the remedial classes scheduled after
examination till 2:30PM)
• 7:40 AM – 8:10 AM: Breakfast Time
• 8:10 AM – 8:15 AM: Settling time
• 8:15- AM – 11: 30 AM: Examination Time
➢ 8:15 AM – 8:30 AM: Reading Time
➢ 8: 30 AM – 11:30 AM: Writing Time (All the students are requested to finish the writing work
within the given time frame. NO overtime will be given to arrange answer sheets.)
• 11:35 AM – 11:50 AM: Class Teacher Period
• Dispersal Time: 11:50 AM for transport user 12:00 PM for Walkers
• Attendance is compulsory for the students. In case if any student is not well, then he/she should be
retained at home.
• Late reporting/ Early dispersal (Before 11:50am) from school, will NOT be accepted on any grounds.
• It’s a study leave for the students who do not have exam on that particular day.
