    Procedure:
    1. In a suitable vessel, add the tetrasodium EDTA to deionized water and mix
    until uniform.
    2. Add the Novethix™* L-10 polymer and ingreidents 4-7 in order and continue
    mixing until uniform

    3. PART B: In a separate vessel mix ingredients 8 and 9 until uniform. Based on CL-F0057
    4. Add PART B to PART A. Mix until uniform.
