I/ Objectives: By the end of this lesson, students will be able to:


1. Knowledge:
- Identify and discuss the key features of the Simple Future tense
- Recognize the signal words used in the Simple Future tense
- Make predictions about the future with Simple Future tense
- Produce Simple Future sentences both individually and as a group
2. Skills:
- Develop their overall English skills with the use of Simple Future tense and boost
their interpersonal skills through pairwork and groupwork.
3. Attitude:
- Be aware of future uncertainty and be prepared for what might happen in the future.
- Be confident when talking about their personal predictions about the future.

❖ Anticipated problems and possible solutions:

- Students lack motivation in learning Grammar => teacher creates a positive learning
environment
- Students prefer to learn from the teacher than from their peers => teacher offers
groupwork and pairwork to promote cooperative learning
- Students may feel nervous and hesitant to share their ideas in groups or in front of the
class => teacher clarifies that there is no judgment on whether the answer is right or
wrong to make students feel released.
- Students may use Vietnamese in class discussions => teacher gives more guiding
questions as clues for students and puts students in groups of similar levels of English
to create an equal environment for students to talk
