    Re: Letter of Authorization/Intent

    Your Excellency,

    Pursuant to our interest in purchasing EN590 10ppm from your esteemed company,
    We, AZYM Co., Ltd, hereby conduct our negotiations and representations with your esteemed
    corporation.

    Please note that any contract or contractual agreement will be made directly between our
    company and your esteemed company. We look forward to working with you towards the
    realization of this project.

    Our intent is as follows, sir:

    I. Commodity: EN590 10 PPM Diesel


    II. Quantity: Trail 25,000 MT or 30,000 MT
    Monthly 100,000 MT Monthly
    III. Contract Delivery: 12 months x 100,000 MT Shipment Delivery Monthly
    IV. Delivery Period: Within 9 days, subject to mutual agreement.
    V. Diesel Specification: As per attachment
    VI. Unloading Port: Thilawa Port, Yangon, Myanmar
    VII. Incoterm, Price: TTO, CIF Myanmar Port, : USD $550
    VIII. Inspection: SGS/CCIC or any internationally recognized testing laboratory.
    IX. Delivery Lead Time: Within 9 days after contract signoff
    X. Payment: The Buyer shall direct its Bankers Kasikorn, and Siam Commercial Bank, Thailand to
    issue a claimable Letter of Credit representing One percent (2%) of the Total
    Shipment Value to the Seller or ESCROW. The said Letter of Credit or ECSROW official release
    clause is automatically triggered when the vessel – Oil Products Tanker – starts approaching
    the Myanmar Sea Area OPL. A joint account as escrow is also a considerable solution.

    The balance of the invoiced amount will be paid via MT103 / TT by the Buyer once the vessel
    arrives at Myanmar port and the SGS Q&Q test on the cargo paid for by the buyer yields a
    satisfactory report. Within 72 hours before the cargo - fuel will be discharged into storage
    tanks.

    The Vessel/shipping line Capt contacts to Myanmar Port Authority, and the shipping agency
    department for the shipping agency nomination, port charges allocation, ETA port call, call sign,
    POA n NOR completed After full POP.

    XI. Settlement Currency: 100% USD

    All documents provided by the Seller must comply with applicable laws to this kind of
    transaction and all export duties and taxes.

    This letter of intent does not create any obligation for the Buyer to accept the Sale and
    Purchase Agreement that could be submitted by the Seller.

    We look forward to your official offer.
