    Subject: Termination of Employment and Invalidity of Experience Certificate for Mr.

    Ganesh
    Regmi

    Dear REBAN Members and Respected Employers in the Restaurant Industry, 15/11/2024

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you about an important matter concerning Mr. Ganesh Regmi, who
    was employed as a DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie) with Mughal Group since August 2022. Mr.
    Regmi, a resident of Rudrapur, Lumbini Province, Nepal, has failed to adhere to the
    established rules and regulations of our organization. Furthermore, we have reason to believe
    that he has misled the company regarding the process of obtaining his experience certificate.

    We regret to inform you that Mr. Ganesh Regmi left the company without prior notification,
    which raises concerns about his conduct and potential involvement in any undesirable
    activities. As a result, we hereby confirm that his experience certificate, previously issued, has
    been nullified. This action is being taken to prevent any further confusion or potential misuse
    of this document by other employers.

    Additionally, we wish to make it clear that as of 15th November 2024, Mughal Group will no
    longer take any responsibility for Mr. Ganesh Regmi's actions or conduct. We do not hold any
    obligation for his behavior or any consequences that may arise from his involvement with any
    future employers.

    We advise all members of REBAN and other employers in the restaurant industry to take note
    of this update and act accordingly.
