    Lakh in the form of Bank Guarantee (BG) towards security deposit against possible damage

    M/s.Finolex J power system limited is executing this work for TANTRANSCO and as
    per TANTRANSCO agreement condition, M/s. M/s.Finolex J power system Limited has to
    make the payment and subsequently reimburse from TANTRANSCO. Hence it is informed
    that purchaser is Superintending Engineer/Operation/Coimbatore only though it is
    mentioned as Finolex J power system Limited, in the DD and Bank Guarantee submitted
    with this proposal.
    It is requested that the receipt may be issued in the name of "Superintending
    Engineer /General Construction circle/Coimbatore", and the Railway Crossing permission
    may be communicated early for completing the cable laying of this project which is • ing
    . executed to improve the present power scenario in Tiruppur city please.
