ABSTRACT

This research investigated the level of agreement among senior

high school faculty employees regarding the factors that influence their

online purchases. Online shopping is the process of purchasing goods

through the Internet with the use of technological gadgets which took

its peak during the Coronavirus pandemic. Even so, consumers

continue to show a noticeable preference for online shopping even

after the pandemic. The study employs a quantitative research design,

utilizing an adapted modified questionnaire distributed to a sample

population of senior high school faculty. The printed questionnaire

consists of statements connected to factors in terms of perceived

usefulness and perceived ease of use in alignment with the research

model, The Technology Acceptance Model of Davis, 1989. The

respondents rate their level of agreement or disagreement with each

statement on a Four-Point Likert scale. The collected data from the

survey was analyzed using descriptive statistics. This research will

provide significant insights into the existing literature of educational

institutions, online vendors, and other stakeholders by tailoring their

offerings and services to the unique needs and preferences of

customers to improve overall satisfaction and efficiency, which

ultimately improve online shopping experiences.
