Having monitored your performance and responsiveness during the recent period. It has been
observed that your recent performance is of concern. Based on the performance we are providing you
the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) for next 22 days starting November 09, 2023 to help you
improve your performance to an acceptable level. In order to support you through this process, you
will meet your manager on a regular basis over the next few Days to monitor & discuss your progress
against the performance goals that will be identified on the Performance Improvement Plan.

request you to make the fullest use of this time. Please note that achieving the goals is non-
negotiable and failing to meet the desired goals as a Director – Sales will be taken up seriously
and action on this is at the sole discretion of the organization.
