Trademark Registration- In order to


save us from the conflict of copying the
brand's name and logo, it is mandatory for
the applicant to get them registered under
the trademark department.

FSSAI LICESES- As per lane, every food


business must register or take a licence from
the FSSAI department. Whether to take
FSSAI LICENSES it will depend upon the type
and scale the chocolate business. Chocolates
are tested for the purpose of safety and
consumption and various other parameters.

GST Registration - After implementing


GST, it is mandatory for every business
carrying out a taxable supply of goods or
services whose turnover exceeds the
threshold limit to Require GST registration
and obtain a GST number.
EPF Registration - If there are more
than 20 employees in the company or
manufacturing unit, then the unit
management must obtain EPF registration.

ESI Registration- It is mandatory in


India for all businesses that employ ten or
more employees to obtain Employee state
Insurance lead registration.

obtain the non objective certificate from
